Mayfield show a shining success
The ever-popular pig racing drew the crowds at the Mayfield show.

Despite a shower of rain early that morning, the sun came out, and the Mayfield Show was once again a shining success.

The event, featured tractor pulls, demonstrations by Timaru Fire and Emergency, vintage machinery, extensive trade sites and, of course, the show’s famous pig -racing.

Claire Inkson went along with her camera to catch the action.

The tractor-pull provided excitement for machine enthusiasts.
